WEEKEND BIRTH PREPARATION CLASS IN ENGLISH

Our birth preparation course takes place at the Hl. Familienzentrum Dreifaltigkeit (Bülowstraße 5 40476 Düsseldorf), Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fee for the partner: €180.

​

The course covers the following topics: positions, breathing (breathing exercises), massage (prenatal massage and rebozo massage), hospital bag, individual birth phases, clinical situation and choice of place of birth, pain relief, induction, cesarean section, bonding, breastfeeding. 

​

Birth preparation courses are covered by health insurance companies and most private health insurance companies.
