WEEKEND BIRTH PREPARATION CLASS IN ENGLISH

The birth preparation course takes place inside Marienhospital (Rochusstraße 2 40479 Düsseldorf), Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fee for the partner: €180.

​

​The course covers the following topics: positions, breathing (breathing exercises), massage (prenatal massage and rebozo massage), hospital bag, individual birth phases, clinical situation and choice of place of birth, pain relief, induction, cesarean section, bonding, breastfeeding. 

​

Birth preparation courses are covered by health insurance companies and most private health insurance companies. The course is designed for couples, and for this reason it is not possible to register individually.

​

To register, please send an email on the date indicated for each course. Please note that pre-registration lists are not accepted; a new email is required for every course. Only the first six couples will be accepted.
